All-have Amsterdam

Planning a cosy trip to Amsterdam? From the nearby station Veenendaal - de Klomp or Veenendaa Centrum there is a direct train connection to Amsterdam. From here, you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within an hour. Prefer to take the car to Amsterdam from Thijmse Berg? Then you will be there within 60 minutes and you can also easily park under Amsterdam Central Station or at a car park in the city centre.

Shopping
Amsterdam is too big to visit all the shopping streets in one day. Still, the affordable, well-known shops are close to the station. Close to Dam Square, you will also find Magna Plaza. This luxurious shopping centre used to be a post office. For the beautiful interior alone, this mall is a must to go to, but the mini food hall you find in the building is also ideal between shopping. For really exclusive clothes, go to the well-known PC Hoofdstraat! 

Sightseeing
During a day out in Amsterdam, a walk or bike ride in the cosy Vondelpark is of course a must. At this official national monument, you can enjoy people-watching as well as green splendour! When in Amsterdam, a visit to Anne Frank's secret annex is a must. This attraction has now become a museum, where you can learn more about the Frank family's life in the past. 

Trips
To get a good idea of Amsterdam, sailing through the canals is a perfect outing. From the train station, you can hop on one of these cosy boats in no time. Thirsty? Then visit the Heineken Experience. This interactive exhibition will teach you more about one of the three biggest beer brands in the world. Finally, you can even brew your own beer here. Do you prefer real excitement? Then go to A'DAM Lookout on the IJ. From this building you have a great view over Amsterdam, but you can also swing from a great height. Amsterdam has everything for a fun day out!
