Our holiday homes with private pools are the ideal base for those looking for relaxation, refreshment, and luxury during their vacation.  The Pool Lodges are all attractively and luxuriously furnished, sustainably built, and located right on the edge of the forest. In a peaceful location in our holiday park, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Utrecht Hill Ridge.  The Pool Lodges are carefully designed with comfort and elegance in mind. Plenty of comfort and luxury during your stay

Upon entering, you step into an open living room and kitchen with large windows overlooking the terrace and pool. The spacious and stylishly decorated rooms create a serene atmosphere during your stay.  The vacation home's highlight is the beautiful, clear swimming pool surrounded by lush nature and deck chairs. On a hot day, here you can relax and cool off with a dip, or float in the sun and daydream.

Year-round enjoyment; things to do in the area

The Thijmse Berg... hidden among the tall trees of the Utrecht Hill Ridge and near the cozy towns of Rhenen and Veenendaal; there is plenty to do here!  The National Park Utrecht Hill Ridge is loved by mountain bikers, hikers, nature lovers, and young adventurers. At De Thijmse Berg, you can rent bikes, e-choppers, and go-karts to explore the natural surroundings. But did you know that we also offer free GPS scavenger hunts? A fun activity to engage in with your children! You can also enjoy the (heated) outdoor pool with a water spray park when the weather is nice. Sports enthusiasts can have fun at the multi-purpose sports court where you can play sports such as tennis and soccer!

♻️ Why is the Pool Lodge a sustainable choice?

Our Pool Lodges are built to last. This means that the buildings are constructed using sustainable materials and have higher insulation values for better energy efficiency. In addition, the Pool Lodges feature solar panels, a heat pump, underfloor heating and are completely gas-free. And for those who drive an electric car, a charging station is available next to the lodge!

☕️ Are the Pool Lodges equipped with a complete inventory?

Absolutely! The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a combination microwave and hotplate, among other things. Upon arrival, the beds are made and you don't have to bring your own towels either! There is also a washer and dryer.
