Whether you are coming to enjoy a vacation as family with young children, or are coming to celebrate your yearly friends weekend at De Thijmse Berg; there is plenty to do for all ages, both at our park and in the area. Here you can enjoy a bite and drink in Brasserie de Heuvelrug, and children will have countless hours of playing fun in the indoor playground. You'll be in the quaint town center of Veenendaal in no time, here you'll find the best indoor activities at The Maxx; go go-karting, play laser tag, or escape the escape room! National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug also offers various options for fun activities such as mountain biking, treasure hunts, and lots more!

At De Thijmse Berg you choose to stay in one of our pleasant vacation homes. A stylish interior and complete furnishing make the vacation homes at our park the perfect home base for a well-earned vacation where nothing is compulsory and everything is allowed! Our Eco Cottages and Pool Lodges have been built fully sustainably, they feature solar panels and are off the gas grid, for example.  Furthermore, all vacation homes feature a private parking spot, free Wi-Fi, and central heating. Through its central location in the Central Netherlands, De Thijmse Berg offers many opportunities for day trips to one of the surrounding cities. For instance, Veenendaal is only a 12-minute drive, you'll be in Amersfoort within a 40-minute drive, and Nijmegen is a 44-minute drive from our vacation park!

✨ Do you also offer vacation homes with a sauna or wellness?

Do you really want to go all in on vacation? Book a Cottage with sauna or a Pool Lodge with private swimming pool! These vacation homes are also sustainable and feature solar panels and heated floors. That's going to be a delightful vacation!
